Ann Thomas is a communications strategist, author, educator, and neurodiversity advocate with over two decades of experience across journalism, advertising, education, and agritech. Throughout her career, she has worked at the intersection of storytelling, education, and systems change, helping organisations and institutions build more inclusive cultures through meaningful communication.

As the Head of Corporate Communications at Arya.ag, India’s largest integrated grain commerce platform, Ann has led strategic brand transformation and thought leadership initiatives. Prior to this, she spent several years in higher education, mentoring students in communication, marketing, project management, and creative leadership.

A published children’s author, podcast host, and parent of neurodivergent children, Ann brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. Through The Misfit Collaborative, she works with parents, educators, schools, and organisations to build environments where neurodivergent individuals are understood, supported, and empowered to thrive.

Her work is driven by a simple belief: inclusion is not about helping people fit existing systems; it is about designing systems that recognise and celebrate human differences.

Janice Goveas is a strategic communications leader with 24 years of experience building reputations, crafting empathy-driven content, and advocating for voices that often go unheard. Her work sits at the intersection of inclusion and impact, from shaping employee culture and executive visibility to driving equity through storytelling.

Having been close to neurodivergence personally, Janice was the sponsor for Persons with Disabilities ERG at Merck — not as an observer, but as someone who has lived it up close. She launched an India-wide voice training programme for women leaders and built internal advocacy for physical and invisible disabilities across organisations.

Janice brings an entrepreneurial spirit to everything she does — including Helen’s Kitchen, her home-chef venture built during the pandemic. Her mission: elevate communications to the strategy table, make inclusion a habit not a headline, and support women and caregivers who feel they can’t lead yet. She is also an autism mom with undiagnosed ADHD.
